First sighting

They say 'one swallow doesn't make a summer' ; it wasn't even a swallow I saw, at least I am fairly sure it wasn't but a house martin. The first of the year ( for me ) Many more will be needed to 'make a summer' today it is cold and yet again pouring with rain.

Lambs??? no not yet. Today is supposed to be the day. Although there are still several hours of the day to go I am fairly sure we won't be seeing any lambs by the end of it. There's always tomorrow.
